1. Are your prints really Limited Edition?
They really, really are. All of our prints are strictly limited to either 250 or 750 worldwide (each design states the number available at launch), and all are hand numbered so you know just how limited your new piece of art really is. Once they’ve gone, they’re gone for good, making you the member of an exclusive club.
2. Can I buy one of your prints new anywhere else?
Absolutely not. We design each and every print in-house and don’t allow any other company or website to sell our prints. That way, we can be certain that our prints are sold only in the limited amount quoted, and certain too that both the paper and print quality will be of the highest standard.
3. How are your prints produced?
All of our prints are Giclée prints, printed onto a Museum Quality, 220gm soft textured, natural white paper. We love this paper’s luxurious quality, which is why it works perfectly when using our rich, long-life pigment based inks.
4. Giclée print, what's that then?
Giclée is a term used to describe a fine art digital printing process, that combines pigment-based inks with high quality archival paper to achieve an inkjet print of superior archival quality, fastness, and stability. In other words – they look fantastic!
5. What sizes are your prints available in?
Each of our prints are available in A4, A3 or A2.
A4 – 210 x 297mm (5.8 x 8.3 inch)
A3 – 297 x 420mm (11.7 x 16.6 inch)
A2 – 420mm x 594mm (16.5 x 23.4 inch)
Our prints are designed to work with or without a mount depending on your preference.
7. How much is shipping and do you combine costs?
Firstly, yes – we do combine shipping costs on our prints
A4 shipping is charged at £3.50
A3 shipping is charged at £4.50
A2 shipping is charged at £6.50
Then each additional print ordered at the same time is just an additional £1, so if for instance you are ordering an A3 and two A4’s the price would be the standard price for the largest print, in this case the A3 at £4.50 plus two additional prints at £1 each, giving you a total of £6.50 for all three prints.
NOTE: Adding a frame to your order does not increase shipping costs (how cool is that)?
If your print order totals over £100 then shipping is totally free!
8. Do you offer a framing service?
Yes, we offer a high quality framing option for all 3 of our print sizes. We supply solid wood 32mm flat contemporary frames which are available in black, white and natural wood so you can choose the look that’s right for your interior, and the really cool thing is… ordering a framed art print doesn’t increase shipping costs.
9. Do you have any advice on how to position my lovely new print?
We certainly do! To make your life as easy as possible, we’ve put together a simple visual guide, explaining the do’s and dont’s of how to arrange art on a wall once framed.

10. How will my funky new print be delivered?
We take great care when packing our prints to make sure you receive them in tip top condition. They are gently rolled using a protective sheet and slipped into high quality postal tubes or card envelopes for the A4 option. They then sent directly to your chosen address using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery, and we try our very best not to keep you waiting too long!
11. How long will it be before I receive my gorgeous print?
All our prints are hand produced once they are ordered, we do not mass print our art pieces. We aim to print, trim and number your art print within 3 to 4 working days and the shipping usually adds 2 working days to the overall delivery. If you are ordering one of our high quality frames, allow up to another 5 working days to the overall delivery time. It’s important to us that we take the time to ensure your print and frame (if ordered) arrives, with you in perfect condition.
12. What if I have a problem?
