1. Terms and Conditions
All prints on this site are covered by our standard Terms and Conditions and cover orders placed between Artswerve and the customer.
2. Cancellation
We print each limited edition print as and when it is ordered, as such we are unable to cancel any order once payment has been made. We know you will love our prints but please make sure you double check your order prior to making payment.
3. Accepting your Order
Although extremely rare, Artswerve reserves the right to refuse or cancel any print order. This may happen if we detect a high risk of fraud or if a delivery address supplied is untraceable. In such an event payments received would be refunded through a reversal of transaction.
4. Discount Codes
We may offer customers discount codes at certain times throughout the year. If an order is placed and the code is not applied, the discount cannot be applied once the transaction has been completed. We also reserve the right to amend or cancel a discount code at any time.
5. Changes
Artswerve reserves the right to make changes to our website, or our terms and conditions at any time and without notice. We recommend you view our terms and conditions prior to ordering from the site to ensure you are fully aware of any changes.
6. Our Prints
Our prints are high quality Gilee prints on museum quality paper, but please be aware that images viewed on a computer or smart device may vary from the actual finished print.
7. Shipping
We try our best to ensure your print arrives safe and sound. If you have any issues relating to the condition of the packaging or print, you must contact us within 24 hours.
8. Returns
As each and every one of our gorgeous prints is printed when ordered, unfortunately we cannot accept returns. All sales are final once payment has been made and by purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.

Each and every one of our prints has been designed by artists and designers exclusively for Artswerve and are not available or associated with any other brand or company.
